INGREDIENTS
Saute onion, celery and carrot.
Add chicken (thighs or breasts.)
Add chicken broth and simmer gently for about 15 minutes.
Remove the cooked chicken from the pot. Shred and set aside.
Add your choice of tiny pasta to the pot. Try tiny stars! Simmer for 8 minutes, or until tender.
Add chicken back to the soup. Top with grated parmesan cheese if you want!
