Easy, No Bake!

Combine oats and chocolate chips  (or dried fruit)

Add pumpkin or sunflower seeds  (or coconut)

Add cinnamon and mix well

Combine sunflower butter & honey (or maple syrup)

Add vanilla and salt, then stir. Warm briefly in the microwave.

Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix really well

Pat firmly into a square pan (use a jar to pack it in)

Chill, cut, enjoy!
