More Ways to Use Dipping Sauce

These sauces aren't just great for sweet potato fries and regular French fries. All 6 of these sauces can also be served with other types of food.

Burgers: Beef, turkey and veggie burgers are delicious with a special sauce.

Sandwiches: Slather sauce onto all types of sandwiches, such as veggie, turkey, roast beef or fish sandwiches.

Roasted vegetables and/or potatoes: Drizzle these sauces over any type of roasted vegetables, especially roasted potatoes.

Shrimp: Serve chilled, grilled or pan-seared shrimp shrimp with any of these sauces.

Fried food: Onion rings, fries, breaded fish, chicken fingers...anything fried tastes better with sauce!

Tofu: A great way to add more flavor to tofu is drizzling a sauce over the top. Tofu pairs especially well with sriracha aioli, Boom Boom sauce and Bang Bang sauce.

So, let's get into the recipes!

    Sweet Potato Fries Dipping Sauces

    Sriracha Aioli

Sriracha aioli is a spicy, creamy sauce made from homemade aioli or store-bought mayo, plus Sriracha, garlic and rice vinegar or lime. A simple, spicy sauce for sweet potato fries.

    Horseradish Aioli

This sauce is less spicy than sriracha sauce but still has the spicy kick of horseradish and garlic. If you like horseradish sauce for Prime Rib, you'll love this easy horseradish mayo. It's also great spread on sandwiches and burgers.

    Bang Bang Sauce

Bang Bang Sauce is a creamy sauce and condiment that is sweet, spicy and just a little bit tangy. It's made from mayo, Sweet chili sauce, hot sauce and rice vinegar.

    Boom Boom Sauce

Boom Boom Sauce is a sweet and spicy sauce made of mayonnaise, chili sauce, ketchup, and garlic. It sounds too simple to be delicious, but trust me, this is an addictively sweet, spicy and garlicky sauce that's perfect for french fries, shrimp, burgers, chicken and more.

    Green Goddess Salad

Green Goddess is both a salad dressing and a dip or sauce. It's fresh and creamy, made from sour cream or Greek yogurt, plus lemon and loads of fresh herbs. This is a lighter dip for sweet potato fries that still has a lot of flavor.

    Kefir Dressing

Do you like Ranch dressing? Then you'll love this simpler, healthier version made from pro-biotic rich kefir, mayo, garlic, chives and shallot.
