This flavorful and fast ground chicken stir fry is a favorite family dinner on busy weeknights. It's made from ground chicken, bell peppers, green beans and a simple stir fry sauce that you're going to love!
Using ground chicken is a really quick way to make a stir fry. You don't have to deal with prepping or slicing raw meat, just put the ground chicken in a skillet and fry it up.
Ground chicken is also lean and flavorful. Depending on where you buy it, it can be an affordable protein.
If your kids won't like the meat and veggies mixed together, you can cook the ground meat and vegetables in two separate skillets.
Make a double batch of the stir fry sauce and use half to flavor the meat and half to flavor the veggies. Then, serve the ground chicken and vegetables in separate bowls on the table.

Variations and Ingredient Substitutions
Ground turkey: Ground turkey is an easy substitute for ground chicken.
Ground pork: Using ground pork instead of ground chicken will make this stir fry even more flavorful, with a meatier and slightly heavier texture.
Ginger: Thinly slice or grate 2 teaspoons of ginger or use a frozen ginger cube. Add the ginger at the same time as the garlic.
Sriracha: Make the stir fry spicy by adding a generous squeeze of sriracha sauce to your bowl.
Store-bought stir fry vegetables: Make this recipe even faster by using pre-cut stir fry vegetables from the grocery store. Depending on the vegetables, they might take slightly longer to cook.
Frozen vegetable stir fry: Frozen stir fry veggies are another option, although the texture tends to be softer and sometimes watery.
Cashews or Peanuts: For a salty crunch, add roughly chopped roasted and salted cashews or peanuts to the finished dish.
